100-Calorie Snacks

When snack attack strikes, try these three recipes that each have 100 calories or less. For Fruit Fun-do, mix chocolate syrup and Reddi-wip® and serve with strawberries and bananas. For Strawberry Chocolate Shortcake, mix crushed chocolate graham cracker and pretzels, and top with Reddi-wip and strawberries. For Strawberries on a Cloud, start with three vanilla wafers; add sliced strawberries and top with Reddi-wip. These recipes use strawberries, but you can substitute any fruit you like. These simple recipes are great for involving kids in the kitchen.

1/3 cup bite-size pieces fresh strawberries
1/4 medium banana, peeled and sliced

Strawberry Chocolate Shortcake Ingredients


1 chocolate-flavored graham cracker, crushed (1 cracker = 1 square)
1 tablespoon crushed pretzels
Reddi-wip Original Whipped Light Cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries.

Strawberries on a Cloud Ingredients


3 vanilla wafters
Reddi-wip Original Whipped Light Cream
1 large fresh strawberry, sliced into thirds
