The Kids Café, program was established to provide a safe haven where kids can get nourishing meals and learn about the importance of nutrition. Use microwaved Banquet® chicken tenders to provide protein. Lay the Banquet chicken tenders on a bed of salad greens and add corn, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and barbecue sauce. Cover with crushed tortilla chips. You also can add almonds, green onions, black beans, garbanzo beans, and lime. Cover with ranch dressing.
