Chipotle Peanut Sauce

Chef Art Smith shows how to make chipotle peanut sauce. Put some creamy Peter Pan® peanut butter into a saucepan. Heat on low and add evaporated milk. Add brown sugar, chipotle peppers, and Gebhardt® chili powder. Cook over medium heat for three minutes, whisking occasionally. Use a Microplane® grater to add the zest of a lime (only the green, not the white). Make skewers with banana, apple, and jicama, and dip into the peanut sauce.
