ConAgra Foods® Chef Art Smith shows how to make Sun-Dried Tomato and Goat Cheese Tartlets as a party dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use a mini tart pan sprayed with PAM® Original cooking spray. Fill tart pan with wonton wrappers. In a bowl, mix Egg Beaters® Original, oil-packed dried tomatoes (drained and finely chopped), and crumbled goat cheese. Put 2 tablespoons of filling into each tartlet. Spray the tops with PAM Original cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes.
