ConAgra Foods® Registered Dietitian Lea Anne Dea shows how to make a delicious and healthy breakfast. Start with basic pancake batter; add low-fat yogurt and milk. Add Egg Beaters®, which reduce fat and cholesterol compared to regular eggs without sacrificing flavor. Stir until well blended; add fresh fruit such as strawberries, bananas, or blueberries. Cook batter on a skillet or griddle. To top, mix fruit with Knott's Berry Farm® syrup.
