Reddi-filled Cupcakes

Chef Art Smith shows how to bake cupcakes filled with Reddi-wip® whipped cream. This is a fun project for birthdays. You can use chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla cake mix to make the cupcakes. Use cake mix, eggs, water, and Wesson® Oil. Spray PAM® Baking spray on your muffin pan to prevent sticking. Once baked, put the cupcakes on a wire rack to cool. It's great to use Reddi-wip because it's made with real dairy. Insert the Reddi-wip nozzle into the cupcake to fill it. Top with icing and decorations.

'Sprinkle' Suggestions—candy sprinkles, chopped nuts, toasted coconut, fresh fruit, candy pieces, optional
