- Spray grate of outdoor grill and grilling utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer?s directions.
- Place chicken in medium bowl. Pour soy sauce over chicken and marinate for 30 minutes. Grill chicken until no longer pink; allow to cool, slice thinly.
- Pour dressing into medium bowl. Add grilled chicken, pea pods, green onions, and water chestnuts; toss lightly. Chill in refrigerator 15 minutes or until serving time.
- Toss lettuce, oranges, chow mein noodles and almonds together in serving bowl. Top with chicken mixture and serve with additional dressing, if desired.
