Canned white beans and seasoned tomatoes tossed with fresh celery and parsley for a quick salad

Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt'sŪ Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  •   Lemon pepper or ground black pepper, optional
Directions
  1. Stir together beans, undrained tomatoes, celery, parsley and vinegar in medium bowl. Season with pepper, if desired.
