Ingredients
  •   PAMŪ Professional™ No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup fat free buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Egg BeatersŪ Cheese & Chive
  • 1 tablespoon Fleischmann'sŪ Original-stick, melted
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine buttermilk, Egg Beaters and Fleischmann's in small bowl; set aside. In second bowl, combine cormeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Pour Egg Beaters mixture into cormeal mixture; whisk together, being careful not to overmix (there will be some lumps). Pour batter into prepared dish.
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.

This recipe is versatile! Try using other varieties of Egg Beaters for a 'not your ordinary' flavored cornbread.
