- Preheat broiler. Spray rack of broiler pan with grilling spray. Place chicken on rack; sprinkle evenly with 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and the pepper.
- Broil chicken 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix honey, lemon juice, rosemary and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt in small bowl until well blended. Remove half of the honey mixture; set aside for serving with the cooked chicken.
- Turn chicken over. Broil an additional 5 minutes, brushing occasionally with the remaining honey mixture. Cut chicken diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Serve topped with the reserved honey mixture.
